Bone & Muscle problems

Since two years, I can barely move my arm. My elbow is really hurting and I can't even touch my back.

I feel Pain in my heels when i wake up in the morning and some times when i sit for a hour & feel pain when i stand up.

I've suffered with hip pain while sitting. I can walk fine but can't sit very long with pain. Tried orthopedic, and physical therapist, also dry needling and a shot.

Left hand finger got crushed with a chair. Since that day, swelling and pain is at joint. Able to move but very slowly.

Both hands went numb in sleep, having multiple lipoma in hands, legs, and body but no any other medical issues or illness, suffering this problem by 4 weeks now, its almost every day its occuring now.

My brother is having pain in wrist, shoulder ,knee. We have done test for CRP ESR both are elevated Hla b27 is normal for him.Anti CCP is equivocal for him. Some time back he had Streptococcus infection he took penidure for 4 weeks. What is the reason for elevated ESR and CCP. Did he has rheumatoid arthritis or rheumatic. He is losing weight continuosly. What may be the reason and how to treat this condition.

My one doctor prescribed sazo 500mg bd dose and another has prescribed 5 vitcofol injections Can I take both together

I am suffering from L5S1 disc herniation past 1.5 years ... From that lower back pain and legs pain like hell and from 2 days "sometimes" I am feeling no strength in legs while walking.  I was advised Pregaba , painkillers and shelcal OS tabs...but those medicines given temporary pain relief. And mainly I am not able to take Pregaba because it's giving lots of side effects. I am requesting for all doctors.. Please give me permanent solution for my problem without surgery. Because I am not yet married...

There was a small injury on elbow, the injury has healed but there is pain in my bones at elbow.There is pain when i try to take support from elbow

This problem is started from a minor accident. I am having back neck pain more. As i was took the X-Ray on my back neck, but nothing happen to be wrong in my cervical bone structure. When i tilting my neck (right to left and left to right) the grinding sound come out from back neck. That sound comes internally, so no one hear that noise.
