I am having slight neck pain from past 2 years I did not noticed becasue it was very light but from past 2 months it has increasef

Constantly experiencing lower back pain since last one month. 6-7 years back, once i had back pain and after doctors consultation went for physiotherapy.

Hey, I am playing badminton for a few years now and have been playing more often in last 1 year or so. I play normally 3-4 times a week and may be for 2 hours or so. I perform light stretches nowadays before playing which I was not doing previously and hence had a pain above my Ankle area. Now I see that I face some irritation while getting up or getting down stairs as it creates some pain in my knee joint. Please suggest me what should I do.

I am having severe pain of the nerve starting from lower back to the toe.
