I am a 19 year old boy. Wanted to know that if I could still grow taller by 2-3 inches. I am 5-8 and want to be 5-10. My father's height is 5-11. So is their any way, by exercise or what else ?

Am looking for a orthopaedic surgeon who can check & evaluate my progress after ACL reconstruction surgery...

I broke and disclosed my finger yesterday. This was confirmed via x ray at a and e. It was manipulated back into place yesterday evening also. It is now taped to the finger next to it my a and e. The bruising is now very blue and the finger is tingling and feels numb. Can you please advise. Thanks

Suffering from back pain from last four months now feeling problem in knee and neck joints but that is very slight. Any tablet or medicine for chronic back pain due to repetive weight lifting in gym.? I have used vitamin d, collegen, NSAIDs, diclofenec Sodium etc. Anything to add or leave in daily food, any exercise? Pain is severe in the morning after i wake up. Is there any problem with internal body heat energy because pain vanishes when I play cricket and get sweaty?

Hi sir I had met a road traffic accident.At the time of accident i am inside the bus.1 st june 2017 is my accident date i got surgery on the same date plate and 9 scrrw in right tibia and nail in right fibula.after 2 month x ray i cant recognise any healing.my cast has done after 2 month.i had no skin injury as its a closed fracture and no infection.no pain after surgery till today.my question it how long this type of fracture take heal??and can the small gaps in the bone fill or heal with time?

Pain in all joints, difficulty in kneel down, in sit ups. Problem occurs after delivery. Age 31 years.
