Bone & Muscle problems

I am suffering from lower back pain last 1 year.spine lumbar X-ray carried out by orthopaedic spl. Result is LUMBER SPONDYLOSIS WITH DISC DEGENERATIVE CHANGES AT LV2-LV3 LEVEL

Its been more than 10 days that i am suffering from this pain in my foot. There is no external injury or anything. I dont even know how its been started. Continuously applying move/volini and covering the foot with bandage. Cant get relief from this pain. Kindly tell me the needfull!

I have been feeling pain in my lower back and hip which runs through the left leg and then to the knee. I had been vitamin D deficient. The pain in my left leg, especially back of the thigh gets too much at times. I have also got an MRI on my back done last year. L5 of my spine was distorted a little and I was told its nothing too serious. I am concerned of how should I proceed with it.

It started 8months ago.consulted an ortho.he advised to take rest.During the resting period,went to the physiotherapist.healed at hip groin area.pain at adductors never healed.again went to ortho and MRI scanning.Found "marrow edema in bilateral symphysis pubis associated with mild irregularity of articular margins and adjacent minimal free fluid-f/s/o likely osteitis pubis.screening of both hip joints shows bilateral minimal joint effusion".Took medicines for 2months and rested.but pain asusual

I am facing issue in neck also little preasure in shoulder and back, also i have took physio theropy as well, some relife bt not that much

I fell down from bike when it skidded and my feet got twisted.I was wearing slippers at that time.So I got some injury and swelling in the right feet.It happened around 5 weeks back.I took xray and there was no fracture in it.Now injury got healed but swelling is still there.I have taken tablet Lyser d for 2 weeks for swelling healling.I am also using pillow for feet rest at night sleep and using ice around 3 times a day for swelling massage.Am able to walk with slight limp and pain,pls advise

I've been having some bad lower back pain which continues down to my left leg. i went to the doctor, he said it was muscle spasms, he gave me some meds (cycladol, coltramyl.. ), the treatement went okay and the pain stopped when i had the pills . but then the pain came back just after 2 days of finishing them. i went back the doc who gave me the exact some meds again but this time they didn't work at all so i had an obv lumbar spine, it said i had a discopathy in l4-l5 what should i do ?

Endoscopic Decompression Surgery : My mom who is 75 was operated 5 days ago. Post surgery , she is not able to walk without support, some movements give shock like effect ( when nerves are moved) had few events of muscle spasm ( sever pain in legs) which subsides with paracetamol. Myospaz forte was prescribed to her ,she has started to get heaviness in legs and 1 arm. Are these post surgical symptoms and common with all patients ? how long will it take to recover completely.

Which type of injection is needed in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis?Is there any side effects?
