Which type of injection is needed in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis?Is there any side effects?

Good day! I'm 24, a public school teacher,I have this congenital triggered finger just want to ask if there still hope of getting this done. All of my finger are stuck in bend position and I'm feeling that my pip joints are fused already. When I'm 7 it looks,feels normal but now its horrible.thank you for having time in reading this.below is the picture of the affected area.

Unable to bend forward. I feel very heavy of my left hand. For the past one month it was aching. Past two dats severe pain. Nit able to luft anything or catch.

To lose weight I go to gym for cardio and weight training. Do you advise Stairs climbing as an effective exercise without causing future knee pains ?

My bone is not expanding since 5 to 6 years by this i look very thin please give me some best suggestions to grow and expand my bones.
