Hi.. i am having severe joint pain since last 15 days.. in morning, its pain too much when i stand on my feet.. now i am getting pain in my hands too.. i am a diabetic person with contol levels.. my level range 110~140 fasting. Please suggest for joint pain

I have recently dislocated my patella for second time, with blood been taken out. It happened on may 29, first on 2009. While bending I can feel pain in knee cap region and both sides of right knee. Mri reports of no ligament tear which doctor too doubts, but as trochlear dysplasia. Apprehension test done in August, and patella was not sliding away during test. What are the symptoms of mpfl tear and what treatment is best for me. When I don't move knee while in bending position, uneasy is felt.

The top outside part of my dominant hand (near my pinky and ring finger and running down my hand) hurts really bad when engaging it in an activity including picking up things, applying pressure, and stretching my hand while making a fist. I am 16 years old and play soccer but cannot think of any time I would have injured it.
