Had slipped in bathroom last Sunday (7 days back), initially I was recovering but now swelling and pain is worsening.

Every time I lay down on a flat surface with my knees up for more than a minute I can't get up afterwards. With my knees down it still hurts but it takes longer to get to a higher level of pain. Somepeople have told me that it is just cus' that I'm skinny and don't have enough mucels, but I don't think that's it. On a scale of 1 to 10 it's a 7.
