Bone & Muscle problems

I fell down yesterday, after that i have bulge at my wrist just below palm in my left hand. And it looks uneven compared to my other hand. Its also paining

About a month ago I stubbed my 4th toe and metatarsal area. After I could barely walk on it. It was swollen and super bruised. Today it is still very swollen and there is a lot of pressure in the toe. What could be wrong?

Suddenly both legs having pains. Not able to walk. And it happend this night only. Not joint pains. There is no other pains and fever

Good evening. One evening, I did a little harder, and I think I turned my hand a little. At first it did not hurt, but now it hurts very badly if I try to turn my hand to one side. The bony bone that's usually seen now seems to be a bit higher than normal, but my hand did not bloom or bruise. I'd like to ask if there's any advice and tell me if it's serious. Thank you

I fell from my bike a month ago and landed on my left hand and my wrist started to hurt a lot. Although i don't have any bones broken but i still cant lift weights. There is still a little bit of pain. What could be the problem? Thanks
