My son's having pain at ball of foot & big two for last 2 month. He had deficiency of Vit D that time, but now Vit D level increased by supplement big Vit D. I am attaching MRI report did 10 days back. Is it muscles tear happened!

Sir , while playing football my left leg's ankle got bend and start paining and ankle got swell . After that I took medicine for pain killer and now there is no pain but the ankle is still swelled little. It is not swelled like earlier but there is still some swelling remain. The accident took place about 20 days ago.

Hello im suffered for 7 year from knock knee after the operation of my left leg knock knee it is slightly shorter than my right leg please suggest me some excercise for prevent from these shoter leg problemm now im just 19

Report says partial thickness tear of ACL at its femoral attachment. Grade 1 tear of posterior horn of medial menacus. Grade 1 strain of medial collateral ligament. Minimal knee joint effusion. Doctor is saying its should be operate but old ACL tear patients is saying phsio is better than operation.so full of confusion plz suggest me in a right way.

I was having joint problem from previous  two years i went to a doctor one year ago he prescribed me some medicines and told me to do exercise daily.but problem not get cured 1 week  i went to another doctor and he write some test to perform which are(CBC,U/R,ASO TITRE,RA FACTOR AND X-RAY) yesterday i taken tge reports and fiund that aso titre was positive after which doctor prescribed some medicines and a needle to take first on my arm and then if no reaction happens because of that he told me to take it on my back i am unsure about this treatment wheter this works or not because when i first visited him he prescribed some medicines and he made no changes to them after i got reports only change whuch he did was that needdle i don't i should be worried of this aso titre thing or not. plesse guide me thanx.

A month ago i was typing my shoe and got up really fast and heard a popping sound in my leg and i couldn't walk or put pressure on it it eventually got better but it always hurt when i bent down on it. when i was in the shower it yesterday it randomly got tight again and i couldn't straighten it or put pressure in it.
