  4. Pain in foot near the ankle. Is working?

Pain in foot near the ankle
Since many days I have pain in both feet near ankle and it increases when I walk or stand after sitting. have tried pain reliving ointments but nothing is working

Don't worry, it may be due calcanium spur? Please get heel cushion in your shoes and sleepers during walk. Avoid walking without cushions sleeper and shoe's. Thank you
