Horrible shoulder pain
Ive been having horrible burning pain in my right shoulder n it shoots up my neck mostly when im sitting down or standing for too long or working . my fingers started to lose sensation i can barely feel 3 of my fingers & i have absolutely no strength in my arm , ive had headaches for a couple years that havent been diagnosed, i hurt my shoulder a couple years back when i fell off a bike n twisted it my bones are fine though . what do you think is going on , nerve damage ? its horrible pain

It may be due cervical spondylitis or frozen shoulder? Please get ultrasonic therapy at physiotherapy clinic.
Get an x-ray done of cervical spine.
Revert back after x-ray.
