Hello dr . Iwas diagnosed positive with hlab27 but after the medications of 3 week . i went for another test and then it came negative . is it possible ? do i really have hlab27 disease ? Please elaborate Thank you

I have pain in all the joints after I delivered a baby, and mostly on the bottom of my feet until i couldn't walk. I went to a doctor and he said i have shortage in Vitamin D and he gave some medicne and I felt ok, but then I stopped when i got pregnent again. and now he gave me another medicen, a strong one as he said, which will cause me some dizziness. i haven't used it yet. I sprained my ankle but it hasn't made any progress in the last week. I was confined to crutches for 5 days. I still walked the day of, but after work there was a lot of swelling (but no bruising) and after elevating it for an hour, I could not stand on it and it was so painful that I was on the brink of tears at the slightest jostling.
