Minimal amount of fluid collection seen b/w normal appearing quadriceps tendon & distal anterior femoral cortex (in suprapatellar bursa) extending to medial & lateral recess. Content shows few internal echoes.
There is a ovoid shaped collection extending both superficial & deep to the medial head of gastrocnemius. It measure 2.87×0.73×2.21cms with oval 2.44ccs. it contains few low level internal echoes and thin sepetations. There is. evidence of communication with knee joint space.
