Pain or fracture right position around tailbone doing long jump fall on hip joint.

Had labrum repair surgery 2 years ago, now I'm 20 and my shoulder has become debilitating: keeping me awake at night, causing weakness in my arm, etc. I've tried every dosage of every NSAID, tramadol, lidocaine patches, and norco 7.5, none of which have alleviated my situation whatsoever. I want to discuss a pain management plan with my doctor for something that will actually work but without her viewing it as "drug-seeking behavior". It's made school, work, and life much, much harder for me.
