When I sit in front of my system in my office which id is way daigonal to my left side.whenever I've sit for one hour or more I'm getting pain in my left lower back...

Heaving heavy pain in right leg excepted joints. Refer to Vitamin D text- 8.92 MG/ ml ( Severe deficiency) and Vitamin B 12 text - > 4000 pg/ ml ( quite higher side) Please advise to which specialist (Department) I should consult. Is this case of cancer or any other serious disease ? Please help. Thank you in advance for your help.
