Bone & Muscle problems

I have foot and ankle pain. When i wake up in the morning there is stiffness in my ankles. There is butning sensation and pain below the foot also.

My waist size is 33 where my belly size is 25... Can I become a little more slim ??? Can I make my waist size 33 to 28 ??

1-2 month se left hip joint  me pain ho Raha hai. Walk me bhi problem Hoti h. Dr. K ps ga tha pr theek nhi hua. Me apni x-ray or blood report send kr Raha hu.

My age is 46 years i have fall down in a basement of 10 feet accidentely due to which i have spine injury i treated a very specialists for last 5 months but there is no rehabilation in my pain of spine .i am look forward for some doctor who can help me in my problem.i have also pain in my stomach due to this all the time but less while sleeping i did not know why . i did only x ray what test i should done for this . i can walk with supporting belt but due to this there is pain in my stomach

I am having lower back pain and one side of the hip pain since last six days.

Rigt hip fracture and as per dr operation is not possible as she has some blokage in heart. On every day she has soeme issue due to high pain like vomit fever nd not eating anything from last fee days even whenever she is drinking a sip of water even then she is doing vomit... any suggestions

My mother is having TB and due to this her c bone of spine has broken. Already 1 surgery has happened but as consult with other doctor they said this was an unsuccessful attempt let try once more. I need help whether it is really required or not.

Having a chronic shooting right sided neck and shoulder pain which occurs only when some work is done with the right arm or a back pack is carried, Earlier from about 10years ago I do get an intermittent pain from neck to tip of finger..But of late in last 4-5months, the pain has worsened and now is only confined to neck and shoulder.
