For broken ancle and fracture
Its 74 days from bimaleolar ankle, xray shows not joint a gap is there will it join or have to plaster again.but still feel pain sometimes, when try to give weight like needle is poking from inside. I did not perform surgery as it was well positioned. Please suggest what should I do.

At 74 days post injury signs of union on x-ray should be seen ..if they are present mobilisation and physiotherapy is required .if not some intervention may be required
