Back Pain from work related injury
There is a mild rightward tilt of the thoracolumbar spine...There is a transitional lumbosacral segment, apparently a partially lumbarized S1.There is a rudimentary disc at S1-S2. The left transverse process of this vertebrae a prominent and has virtually completely coalesced with the left sacrum. The right transverse process is separate. This would be the potential source for lower back pain. I do not understand any of these terms... I need someone to explain it to me.
