Bone & Muscle problems

Hello doctor, am 25 yrs old. From last 3 days zm suffering with pain from left butttucks till toe fingers.what might be the issue?its something like sciatica.

I played football last after long time... I got sprain in my back, taken couple of pain killers for 3 days n when I stopped taking pain killers, I still has the pain in my lower back

I've Removed my tibial plate, 6 Months ago i lefted crutches and used a stick for 4 Months, i was quite well for the last two months but I'm now feeling pain in my leg, i am so worried about it, i also did lots of massage of that leg due to tiredness... Please suggest me a solution

I am having a pain in arms sometimes in left arm and some time in right arm and some time it travels in hands in joints but below elbow it feels in muscle sometimes i feel my muscles r swelling i just feel like that may be i am wrong but this pain travels in different places and i feel Mostly at night when i wake up it gone.
