I was playing football and someone hit my leg (posterior shin ) and it hurted me but not so bad and after a few days it turned yellow/green and then the part above my foot arch (beside the heel ) turned blue like it gave me a blue arc inside the skin although no one touched it and nothing got swelled , i dont know if it's a inside bleeding or just a normal bruise.

I am having pain in my shoulder since yesterday afternoon after I got a severe electric shock. I can do all kinds of work but when raising the hand high I get a pain in the joint. I can rotate my hand in every direction but slowly not abrupt as precious.
