Bone & Muscle problems

I have been suffering from slight nerve compression problem in right lower back which causes pain.prolong sitting or standing increases the pain. sometimes it increases during periods.doctor has advised me to take 5 tablets of upriseD3 60k at a time.should I take 5 tablets at a time or once a daily?? Please give Ur kind advise.

I am having pain on the right side of the waist sometimes it goes severe but it is consistent form 2 months. It also created difficulty in wearing any trouser and belt.

My daughter has been diagnosed wth TB and for the past 4 and a half months she is under treatment ,,,for the past one and a half month she is unable to get up from the bed ,,,her diet is very fine ,,she feels hungry and takes gd food but because of TB she has lost weight and because of lack of strength in her legs she is facing problems ,,,so pls guide do we consult an orthopedic ,,and wt precautions r required

Is there a good supplement for joint support? 32 yo female with family history of arthritis. My right shoulder slips in and out of the socket if I move certain ways. Experiencing a Lower back problem due to traveling.i am into sales so I often travel. Should I stop traveling ?

I was in a car accident last week and was seen in the er but the Dr did nothing to check my foot after she was told 3 times about it. No X-ray's or anything and I Haven't been able to walk right since and now it has a knot on the side of it that is extremely painful. Can't go to hospital, can't afford it and no insurance. What could be causing this? I have pics if needed.
