Bone & Muscle problems

Hi, I got my hand broke and got it operated 2years back, I need to go gym please tell me if this will have ny impact.

It's a few weeks I'm experiencing pain in the front area where the hip joins the legs. This has happened after started jogging and after some intense hill walking.

I sprained my knee and I have to recover for four months and people tell me that that it's not going to be the same that its going to be fake I'm not going to be able to do the things I used to do like run play sports my life again back to normal and I want to know if it's true or not

I have been suffering from heavy knee joint pain for more than three months.I have knees look like some pit like hole seems to be in the outlook of my knee. I have pain in my knee bone. In my left knee , when I squat , I can here some rubbing sound . I am just 21.I afraid about this pain . Pls help me. I took x Ray. It said that my knees are normal.

Sir i am chandra shekar, 3 years ago i fell down and after Mri scaning it showned me that i have a complete acl tear.. I continuing with physiotherapy frm them.. Sometimes i feel instability in my knee. And i got a police departmental job now, i have to do a hard police training for 9 months with a 6km run per day. I consult a physiotherapist and he said that u can do running by doing proper physiotherapy to your leg. Then what i have to do now ? If i go for training that means 6km per day for 9 months, then sill it be dangerous to my leg ? If i go for surgery how long it will take to recover completely and do my police training ?

At least once in 3 months, I get severe lower back pain. It is diagnosed as L5- S1 lysthesis. Consulted multiple doctors. Couple of them suggested for surgery. But, some did not suggest the surgery instead asked me to continue with pain killer. My age is just 30 and I am not sure what would be the best option. Your valuable suggestions would definitely help. Thanks, Sowmya

I have this pain since today morning jet is paining badly ,last week same pain had occured it was there for two days and then now

2 and half months back, a bike fell on my wife's left leg. Initially doctor said she had a hairline fracture on left side of foot and at that time left leg had too much swelling. Doctor made plaster and removed plaster after 10 days. 2 months she was advised not to put weight on feet. she is able to walk . but leg swells if she sits on chair long

It's been three days now.... it is very very very swollen at E.R. THEY GIVE ME A SCRIPT FOR 5 MG VIKADEN...DOESN'T EVEN TOUCH THE PAIN.

Hello, very unfortunately i slipped from stair causing ankle twist, some swelling across the ankle joint and although i can walk but Movement is restricted.Major problem i dont anybody here, right now in dubai and medical help is not nearby. I can also share photo, i know some generic med like Etoshine mr, ZYMOFLAM etc but i dont have them right now. Any kind of suggestion is appreciable.
