Bone & Muscle problems

My mother is facing problem in knee joints and above joints . from which doctor i should reffer. Pls send urgently.

Getting heel pain regularly, as i have put on weight than earlier, started skipping and walking(mild) but pain increased and after physiotherapy also pain did not go, pain is bearable on normal days and become worse after walking,so really confused and worried.

After a bike minor accident, a jerk in backbone feel. Nominal backbone pain feel.

I have a knee pain, which a doctor said is because of cartilege going soft in my knee. he advised me 15 days of physiotherapy with tonnes of medicines. I do have an xray for my knee as well. any second advises before i begin the treatment. the pain started when i was into high intensity workout.

My mother is suffering from serious back ache. She can't even move n presently bedridden

Just after meniscus operation and muscles are aching in my thigh/quad, is this normal

I am a patient of Ankylosing spondilitis. Right HIP joint replacement done. I am also a patient of Ulcerative Colitis. Now both shoulder joint pain and collar bone pain in every time. X-Ray show no deformity in shoulder, both are fine. But pain continues. I used to do exercise everyday three times. Muscle stimulant required or not ? Please give some suggestion/remedy with medicine.

I have been having problems with my body like my left side of the body is thinning i dont know why,i have ankle pain and neck pain only in left side of the body and also jaw pain and jaw twitching,sometimes i also have headache please can figure what might have happened to me.
