I having pain in my right knee when I stand after sitting for some time and also I having pain in my right leg sole below ankle I.e. only half of my right foot sole

It seems to b either synoarthritis of knee or lumbosacral strain ... Kindly consult an Orthopaedician nearby ...u need clinical examination to confirm diagnosis
