When i stand for more than 5 minutes or walk then numbness get start from waist to feet on both sides, plz advise if this is cureable

Hello ...,U Need some clinical tests to confirm diagnosis and proceed. In this meanwhile don't ride bike and don't lift heavy weight... Take rest and oral analgesics.... Consultant your nearby Orthopaedicians as soon as possible...
