Bone & Muscle problems

It's been a year I am having this pain. It's not always but some time, specially when I give lot of stress to my legs like walking a lot, driving for long time, standing for long time. once I had got a bad hit on that area by hard wooden door from that moment this is happening. The problem is only with one leg left one. Please suggest me want further steps I need to take.

When i woke up, i can't move properly. My chest is hurting like there's something heavy on my chest. It hurts when im breathing heavily and coughing. It really hurts and made me cry.
