Been having sharp pains near right ribcage close to breast and armpit. Very painful to sneeze or cough and mild pain even when breathing.

My mother has severe Knee pain and legs become powerless,cant walk even 50 meters continuously.Always feels pain and x ray report shows bone erosion at joints.Pain is severe right below both knees.Already consulted more than one orthopedic,also neurologist because legs becomes powerless.Nothing is working.Please refer me a good doctor in Kolkata. Should I consult an arthrities specialist.
