I have lower back pain from last 1 month went to doc n did MRI as advice by doc.I m suffering frm Slip disc isaue

Back pain is on the left side of lower back near the spine and the pain is shooting down the left leg

I had an ligament tear on my ankle 2 months back I consulted a doctor and he gave me some medicines and it helped in reducing the pain and swelling but the swelling is not completed gone what should I do?

I got hit by elbow by another player while playing foot last Sunday. There was little pain but from friday the pain has increased very much. The is no swelling around the pain but now I am under very much pain and in everymovement it's painting alot.
