I am having a pain in upper left part of right knee. I can walk but the pain increases with walking. It started a month before, I used instant relief spray and knee pads which suppressed the pain. I have trouble straighting my leg, the knee cap hurts.

Hi, I have get pain in my shoulder during exercise in gym, after I have some some physio and they asked for the ultrasound massage theory. I have done that and found relax but still if I do any physical exercise as running or long walk I have felt pain in the shoulder. If I feel little but tired, first thing which give me pain if my shoulder.

I am facing joint problem in legs during menstruration period. During this period, I am having back and heel pain also.
