Bone & Muscle problems

For last 5 months I have pain in my HIp.. I thought it would go away but it's not .. I am not able to jog, run or take a bigger step.. this pain is giving me trouble now.. what it could be ??

My mother has over weight & much space occupied in joint knees as cardilage completely nil which need to be replaced through New Advancement of technology instead of artificial joints

My mother is a housewife. She is suffering from knee problems since 2 years. She consulted many doctors but no result. Consulted doctors like Ramakrishna Reddy ( homeopathy specialist) in  chickkadpally , Hyderabad and doctor Bangaru swamy ( orthopaedic specialist) in karimnagar. Her x-ray report say that she should undergo a surgery. So I request you to guide me to find a good doctor for my mom health problem.

When I get down by bus I put wait in one knee high wait jaerk left side leg I feel lightly cold after incident

My plaster has been removed after hair line fracture in ankle. How many more days should I take rest.I had plaster for 15 days

My MRI says diffuse disc bulge at L5-S1 level causing thecal sac indentation with no compression over exiting roots... Rest all is normal... What is the treatment for this .... Is surgery necessary in this case?
