I m havng bkpain since lst 3 yrs...i gt all chkup done but no reslt ws found..dr. strtd my ATT for trial n still m not suggestive of tuberculosis on any blood reports n i hav already tkn mny medictn but no reslt ...

My father facing pain in left knee, and here is the MRI report. here doctor saying he needs surgery operation to solve the pain, My question is: IS there any other solution without surgery ? any medicine and exercise to solve the pain and any other infections ? Here has given the MRI report and doctor prescription . Need your Help. pls advise what to do now?
