Bone & Muscle problems

My right thumb has been very numb, tingly, and very painful for the past few days. About 2 years ago I suffered from game keepers thumb in the same thumb from playing baseball and had to wear a cast for 2 months. No surgery was involved, but I did do physiotherapy after. It is very painful and I know it obviously must have something to do with the injury but every time I have to write something, it presses on the area and goes completely numb. What should I do?

I ran 8 kilometres and now my shins hurt how to fix?. Please send me help I don't think I can survive this for much longer.

On my rist I there is a large bone that points out whenever I bend my rist compared to my other wrist when I bend it it has a bone but dosent stick out anywhere near as my other wrist. I have shown friends and family and they have all been shocked by it. Should I be worried?

I was in a auto accident on oct 2. The collision was head on. I was seen in the er with minor abrasions and released. 3 days later my neck and shoulder started to bother me. I went to my primary who said it is just a pulled muscle and nothing they can do I would like. Script for muscle relaxer and anti inflammatory.

Lower right back pain that goes down through the right leg as well. Have awoken a couple of times because the pain is so bad. Feels like a really bad ache.
