I came to you on monday 09 oct.sir with my L1 fracture.you gave me tablets and a nice opinion but during late in the night pain is more than the whole day,i have to wake up and rest than pain start decreasing sir i want your opinion in this situation

I have been suffering from pain in both hand.and feeling pain whole day.ang fatigue.

I have painful fingers and wrist, especially when doing daily task like cutting vegetable and so on, also I have a hard nodule or bone like lump on the joint at the base of my middle finger. My mother suffers with Arthritis osteoarthritis also fibromyalgia I’m hoping I haven’t inherited either she is was 26 when she first started with her symptoms, I’m 30. The lump is affecting the use of my dominant hand which is a hindrance for work especially.

My right thumb has been very numb, tingly, and very painful for the past few days. About 2 years ago I suffered from game keepers thumb in the same thumb from playing baseball and had to wear a cast for 2 months. No surgery was involved, but I did do physiotherapy after. It is very painful and I know it obviously must have something to do with the injury but every time I have to write something, it presses on the area and goes completely numb. What should I do?
