Bone & Muscle problems

Had basis back pain for over 11 weeks.gradually getting worse to the point I cannot stand upwright which has gone on for 2 weeks now.this last week I am now experiencing tingling in my toes.pls help

From 6 months the pain in my lower back us not going away. Stiffness around back , not comfortable in sudden back movements, sharp pain starts mostly on right side of back pain starts when sitting for more than 2 3 hours or standing for more than 1 hour. No problem while walking running or sleeping but it occurs when sitting or standing for long hours

Already i had operation in the year 2010 for right leg..now my left leg is getting pain from back to my toe...hugh nerve pain
