Bone & Muscle problems

I don't have any idea about it,what is it,but when I tough my top of skull a raised part of hard bone is there,little pain occurs if I hardly pressed it, THE THING ON MY HEAD IS FROM MANY YEARS..6-7 yrs..what is it,Is it serious or genetic..pls reply..I am 23yrs old student.

I am having a groeth of extra bone near the knee ,dr suggested me to opt minor operation and should remove the extra bone,is there any solution for my pbm instead of operation

I am 25 year male. Wt. 85 Kgs Ht. 5'7'' I have knee knock where my knee join but my ankles are far apart. It seems very awkward while standing and walking. I dnt have any pain as such but recently i have been feeling some muscle stretching near the knee area. Please suggest some exercises or suggestions which i can do daily to reduce this issue.
