Hi I am wondering if I should have the operation to fix my ACL or just have physio therapy. I am an electrician up and down ladders and I would normally be playing football 3-4 times a week. My MRI report: Bone bruise involving the anterolateral femoral articular surface with joint effusion. High grade possibly large partial thickness tear involving the ACL No anterior tibial translation Horizontal tear involving the posterior third of the medial meniscus

I am a stenographer and I have to sit in front of the computer screen all day. My shoulders are  paining for a long time which then becomes a very strong headache. The x-ray photograph of my spine reveals Anterior osteophytes. Please suggest me a good doctor for my problem.

I have the knee pain since 1 week, yesterday night it has become severe, i was using knee pad to control it and from last night it is very severe.

I have joint paints on both the hands for more than one year. I consulted Orthopedist and went through some medication. I also went through some physiotherapy treatment. But none of them helped me, they just gave me some relief but not completely. In last one year did my Vit-D test thrice and it was always below 15ng/ml. Once an orthopedist adviced me to take vitamin D medicine once in a week for one month. After taking this I had some relief for few days and the problem started again. Now I have severe joint pains and dizziness. When I checked my Vit-D last week it was 16ng/ml. I am thinking my problems are due to Vit-D deficiency. Can some one please suggest which specialist should I consult for Vit-D deficiency and will Vit-D deficiency causes this kind of problems. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

I having a problem in my back bone and joint pain n leg mostly having fever n some times swaling also in my feet n face. Due to thyroid swelling is also my neck n pain
