My elbow legement bone is increasing due to this I am getting pain when doing triceps exercise what is the treatment to stop bone increasing & pain

Right leg pain while walking burning sensation in calve then I have to sit then pain goes away. Took all medicines physiotherapy also but still not OK. Finally going for acupuncture. Does acupuncture will help to get rid of this pain or am I wasting my money.

The inside of my knee has been painful for the past 4 days and pain seems to be getting worse. It hurts when walking in general, going up and down stairs, when i touch it and when i strain and stretch it

It all happened 5 yrs ago while playing volleyball I injured my left shoulder resulting in dislocation and extreme pain..my doctor suggested me to take a 4 weeks rest without any movement of my shoulder and then followed by the exercises..but after some months when i got back to game it dislocated again and the present scenario is my shoulder slips very often while playing badminton when I take my left arm high up in the air for a smash...I Am a right hand badminton player

Yesterday morning I was on my way to the bathroom and slipped. When I did all my toes went under me but one, the one next to my big toe. It hurts when I walk but I have to work.
