Bone & Muscle problems

I am getting pain in my left feet, pain is situated at the right corner of the vertically middle of the feet. I am having it from last 3 days, and its more in the morning when I wake up and continue for the whole day but decreases slowly as day brighten up. Adding for more information last sunday i went for trekking.

I am having pain in both legs below knee in calf muscle since 10 days...pain is of mild dull aching and continuous....

Sir i have sciatica as a digonosed that i have L4. L5 and L5 S1 Dusc bulge since last year ... Earlier this radiates towards my leg .. But now it radiating towards my upper back and up to neck ... Sir is it because of sciatica or some  thing else

Hello doctor....my mother feel severe pain in her right foot since june...during walking also....she is 52 years old and during test uric acid comes out to at margin...and other things in test is normal

As per MRI report.. 1) Mocoid degeneration of ACL 2)popliteus tendinous with tenosynovitis 3)Semimembranosus tenosynovitis 4)Suprapatellar bursal effusion 5)Small Baker's cyst 6) Grade II signal in posterior horn of medical meniscus and anterior horn and root of lateral meniscus. Request you all please advise (Allopathic,Homiyopathic or ayurvadic )for better treatment as per above report.

I've had some very slight pain in my mid-back area for a week now. Today there was an emergency so i had to move around an iverweight person. That made the pain jump from a 2/10 to a 10/10. I am wearing a back support thingy that you wrap around your back tightly, it helps a lot but i'm still worried if its too serious.

Quick background: 3 ops on the right knee, 1 ACL and 2 menicus tears. I have played soccer since I was 5, I am now 46 years old. I exercise the knee daily, play table tennis and soccer once or twice weekly. The knee recently started swelling. I treated it with RICE. Swellings gone. Now very localised pain top of patella and a finger width towards inside of knee. Very painful when attempting a run and sore to the touch. Walking only occasional pain. Occasional slight give way. Any ideas pls?
