L4-L5 disc herniation recovery
Im 18 years old and I'm recovering from a disc herniation due to lifting for football. I'm on my 4th week of recovery after a microdiscectomy on my L4-L5 disc. I'm walking a couple miles a day easily with no pain, I do stair stepping daily for half an hour with no pain, and I'm having great success with physical therapy. My question is; what are the risks of adding pull-ups/ dips to my daily routine (starting off slow and controlled w/ low reps)?
