Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 37year old. I got an accident in 2005 and nail transplant in my left thigh with bone grafting. 11years gone and I've no pain. Should I go for nail removing. What are the issues after removal.

Leg joint is paining heavy near the knee by 10 days we consulted many doctors in our locality but didn't get relief please help me

Pain in left leg knee with little swell. when i pull foot upside then pain occur. due to this walking problem arises.

It is too much pain in whole leg and i feel that i cant survive because of this pain

My father is suffering with severe lower spine ache ,after couple of scans and x ray ,doctor said that he has to undergo with surgery as his l4and l5 are little disturbed and gap is increased when he is trying to get from sitting position, the bones are touching each other with which the pain is very high ,frankly my father is very scared of surgeries,pls some one suggest one good solution for this. Actually for more context he is a civil engineer where he has to travel every day on an average of 100-200km, currently he is in bed rest from 2months . Looking for very good solution without any surgery. Thanks in advance

There is a pain in the right hand. but there is no fracture found. the pain is severe during night time

27th of March I was hit by a car and received a severe proximal humerus fracture. I had surgery on it and also had severe bruising on my elbow and forearm. It looks fine but to the touch it still feels like it's bruised, I have heard of bone bruising but thought that would have gone by now. Is it normal to still be experiencing a bruise like pain after this long?

From yesterday my mother has this abnormal joint pain in knee & hand...she is unable to stand or move or hold anything...kindly guide...we are giving her ice bag & pain relief ointment...
