Severe back pain after waking
Since last a month or so I am having a severe back pain whenever I take a proper sleep of 7-8 hrs or more. When I sleep less there is no problem but whenever I take proper sleep it happens. I have office desk work so I have to sit for around 9-10 hours everyday. Shifts are rotational and is night shift from last 2 months. The pain is so severe that I cannot sit up and have to sit up slowly because the pain is immense and disappears after some time to nearly an hour. History: RA from 2010 to2013.
