7 days of pain I romboid muscle taken anti inflammatories applied heat and cold rested still sore inflammed very tight hurts when I breath and move it have a physical job

I was diagnosed with paraspinal muscle spasm more than a month ago I started medication and heating and it improved to an extent that now I can move around. But the pain in my lower left back hasn't cured yet. Now I feel slight tingling and numbness in my left leg when sleeping or sitting. And I feel a pinching sensation between my both shoulder plates. I feel nauseated however I never vomitted. I feel a lumpy sensation (but can't feel any lump from outside) in my left abdomen lower part. When I'm walking I feel alright. At times, I feel too exhausted by even a little bit of walking. I feel anxious. The pain sometimes runs into my left hip and my left leg also. I feel a burning sensation sometimes in my back and neck. I got an X-ray done and the doctor said the space between my tailbone and upper block of spine is less compared to others above it. He prescribed a few medicines. I feel suspicious about my condition. Please help. I feel scared.

Hey, I've recently started lifting and noticed quite quickly that overhead lifts makes my shoulders click, followed by a dull pain if I continue. Then if I perform squats my knees will begin clicking, although with no pain involved. Is there anything I can do to stop this or is this a simple case of bad genetics?

My mom (61yr) started having extreme pain in back leg since yesterday and difficulty in walking. No fever. No sugar. No BP. Worries a lot that she's not able to take a step without pain. Taking medicines for breathing problems since Mar17 to till date. Often feet swelling since May17. Doppler scan shows no blood clots in leg. Need advice as to why is sudden spasm-like pain in back leg.

Feel very low and week, having continues pain in above and below knee, having head spinning sensation on lying down on bed or waking up or turning head while sleeping.
