Suffering from knee pain and tenderness in calf and lower thigh finger joint pain

Hello Doctor, This is Ankita gupta.Before 25 days i felt down had have muscle strain in leg near knee and calf .I had refered 3 doctors medicine names are attached. I would like to request you to suggest me  what should i take more precautions . still i am having little pain. My Xray report was showing no facture only light swelling .So i used ice pack 2 -3 times. Medicine name- voveron SR ( 7 days).

Occurred 1 month back. What to do. We tried medicines also, please guide when it will be cured.
