Bone & Muscle problems

I'm 19 year old male and I've been suffering from shoulder pain from over a month. The pain is on my right shoulder and it is most painful in the morning just after I wake up. It is difficult for me to lift my arm or do any activity at that time but pain slowly lessens as the hours go by. I've also been notified that I only sleep on my right side only but I don't think it is that big a reason. Pls help me doctor.

Hairline fracture occured 1 month before. After 6 days that I consulted with a doctor. He suggested for plaster of 15 days as it was minor fracture near lower portion of my ankle. Then I took it for 21 days. Now after opening of plaster ,on my second last finger there is a pain. Is it normal or should i go to a doctor?

Muscles pain in both hands not In joints it's very pain pul while keeping hand in same position

I've been having knee (left) pain, not folding /moving left to right side, last 4 to 5days, on walking time locked the left knee with pain for which I have to sit or falling down.

Neck pain on right side for the last 4 days, used disclosaid oilment. the pain was in a day while waking up. used mobile in bed that day for sometime in the morning before getting up, wasnt in a good posture tht time. now i can move than it was in day 1. but its painful at night while sleeping. work in fron of the computer. have no other medical condition except treating for GERD.

Getting pain in knee . please suggest. I work as delivery boy  .I drive in motor bike 60 to 80 km in day

I have really bad pain below my ankle and at the back of my heel in the left foot, can't walk or stand for a long time because of it. I didn't even sprain my leg, what is it?
