In the middle of my chest hurts every time I lift or bend forward it hurts when I take deep breaths I feel pressure my shoulder arm hurts as well

My mother age 78 years is suffering from pinched sciatica nerve for the last 1.5 years, because of L1,L2 vertabrae fractured. she has regular pain running from pelvic area to foot heal. also problem in bowel movement and urination. pls advise to pain relieve.

My right wrist is in pain due to reduced flexibility. Whenever I tries to stretch it to 90 degree, it hurts alot . It makes me unable to do my routine gym and other works. I'm suffering from this problem from last 2 years. Only the left part of the wrist hurts. Plz help me.
