I have back pain for few years now.
Feels like a constant pain, stiffness, something is stuck and a continuous discomfort.
Main areas of pain are upper and lower back.
If I do back exercises regularly, I feel Better.
But if I don't do exercise, it's gets very bad
and stiff.
In every 2-3 days, I feel like cracking the bones of the back.
Cracking does helps and I feel easy and relaxed.
Shall I visit a chiropractor or a orthopaedic doctor ?

visit an orthopaedician .
After he rules out some serious spine and nerve issues he will most likely refer u to a physio who will show u proper and safe core strengthening exercises.
Don't "crack your bones"
Don't do the usual back exercises in the gym.
