Bone & Muscle problems

I partially tore my deltoid ligament in my ankle and am currently in a boot and my ankle will randomly either go numb or get the pins and needles feeling in it.Then sometimes it will all the sudden get really hot or really cold. This happens with and with out the boot on.

I've twisted my leg ......it's swollen n pains and swelling increases when I walk ...what do I do???I've had legament tear in the same place previously

I am Vitamin D deficient(17.5 as per the test) and my lifestyle won't allow me to get up early morning. Can I absorb sunlight in the afternoon to fulfil my Vitamin D needs. What else shall I do to mitigate the deficiency? Gender - Male Age - 24 Lifestyle - Work in an A/C close doored sunlight proof office, hit gym 5 days/week(consume protein shake post WO). BMI is under control, drink 2 glasses of milk a day, and eat out an unhealthy snack once a day. Hope I've given enough information. :)

I have rhumetoid arthritis problem. And today fever came and pain in joints and body suggest me medicines. I have taken calpol 500 nd taxim of as antibiotic. Are these medicines fine or not to be taken

I have severe arthritis in my right knee. I'm a 24 year old former college football player. I want to know if it is possible to have bone spurs in the knee shaved down. I want to get stem cells injected into my knee but I don't think it will be as effective if the bone spurs in my knee continue to limit the motion in my leg.

I got leg pain at tibia due to running excercises . The inner part of lower leg have slight inflammation but is painful.
