Crackling of Bones and Lower Back Pain
Hi, I was quite active in sports. I have started feeling pain in my left leg(pain originates from lower back and travels to left leg). Also, I have observed pain in my joints, bones crackling a lot. Have attached the Vitamin D3 report, which is very low(9.3ng/mL) Please suggest me what medicines to take. And the course of medicine.

The symptoms you have informed are similar to sciatica and have no direct links to vitamin d deficiency. You can visit hospital to get yourself examined clinically and then meds can be given. You can take vitamin d supplements to tackle deficiency.
