When ever I start playing any sport my tibia starts hurting alot and when I rest it for 2 days it's gone, and I waited for a month to let it heal naturally and it doesn't happen. It always hurts when I play

.I have broken my left hand Proximal Humerus and i have in sling for 45 to 60 days. unfortunately i cant able to raise my hand above head. How long does it take to recover after surgery of Proximal Humerus Fracture. ( minimum 2 to 3 months)
