My mother aged 65 is recently diagnosed with a very high Rheumatoid Arthritis factor of 400. She is apparently having no clinical symptom except a mild pain in the upper portion of her legs, She is not having high bp or diabetes,thyroid issues as of now. We are very helpless. KIndly diagnose.

If she has no clinical symptoms then no need to worry. Remember, we need to treat patients , not reports. For upper end leg pain she can be treated. Bring her to hospital sometime
