I have a pain in my backbone and lately my fingers, palm and feet are feeling numb.

I have a lower back pain for quite some time already. However, the pain have accelerated and currently my palm, fingers and toes are quite numb. There is also pain in my hand.

I walked for about 40 kilometres at a strech and now my legs and knees are paining a lot

2 months back i got pain on my left foot ankle and calf muscle because of running. I was not able to touch ground or put body wait on that leg. Now after so many days i am better but still not able to run. I am having pop sound from outer side of ankle at every step i even walk. And whenever i walk continues for 30 mins i got my pain back. I am not able to under stand what is wrong and what to do. I am afraid now.

I have a severe pain in my neck , when i move it . In every two-three months this pain start's. It stays for two-three days but very painful. And i do regular gyming also. What should i do ? What precautions should i take. ?

8days completed blood was removed there was little pain but from last three days knee to foot i am getting burning sensation Thankyou

I'm a 50 year old women. I experienced severe lower back pain while picking up newspaper from the floor in the morning. The pain is still persistent. I do not experience any pain during lying still or sitting , But the pulling like sharp pain occurs in lower bak when i move ,like walking, sitting down or when trying to lie down. I could walk with a slightly bent back with minimum pain .But pain is too sharp to handle if try to walk with a straight back. Also my back hurts while deeply inhaling.

Got slipped from steps and had ankle swelling and hurting pain at back side . Should I go for X ray

From last 15 days I hv noticed cyst on the joint of wrist of left hand...plz give solutions what to do

Its last for 2-3 Months , after using medicine I get little relief & with exercise . My work is based on office sitting., please provide nessaary advise on this treatment.
