Pain in L4L5 region since 3 years which aggravates on standing,walking or sitting on computer.no radiation or numbness in legs or any other area.Local orthopedic Dr.s.k.singh told after viewing Xray that L4L5 gap has been reduced,after weight loss in diabetes.(10kg).prescribed medicines bone dk and vitamins,but relief only till intake of medicines.any consultation works but only till medicines last.any suggestions for permanent cure.The painful vertebrae touches swollen hard.
