Bone & Muscle problems

I just started doing exercise to reduce my weight before 5 months . First 3 months I did not feel knee pain. Nowadays I feeling knee pain and I can feel that more when I go in upstairs.

I've a thigh bone metal implant after a fracture four months ago and there is numbness directly where the metal is.Also a cute pain at the front side of my thigh when moving my leg from knee to the groin. Can it be caused by the metal implant or infection because I can't fully bend my knee?

I have a sharp pain on the top of my left foot, its been here for about a month, playing sports it goes away but doing activities like walking it feels worse, sometimes when sitting still it gets very intense for a minute or two.

There is little swallowing in my foot .There is little pain as well. I didn't met with any type of accident . From last 2 days I am suffering from this . Kindly suggest . Thanks

2 and half months ago I fell while cycling on my knee. The knee had swelling and it was difficult to walk. But after a week it was much better. After a few weeks I felt normal and started to workout. But while working out I realized it's still not 100%, so I stopped doing leg workout. Now it's more than 2 months and I still have pain. I think its a ligament damage. Can you suggest what should I do ?

My elder son aged 13 feels constant pain in his both knees, he Feel uncomfortable when he tries to move his knees

Serve knee pain, can't bend my knee have constant pain. Got X-ray don nothing much is showing in that. I have Vitamin D deficiency. A some one suggest that it might be due vitamin d deficiency, so asking to me take 60000 units tab. Keep bday advice.

My mother knee joint are full of pain .evry day when she lay on the bad then pain is increase...its happen when she fall down ...x-ray have no problem..
