Bone & Muscle problems

Since a month on these 2 tabs, now left so back stiffness and pain in forearm is there. Please guide on what to do further and till when to take meds.

My mother(60 years) went for health check-up After dexa scan(for bone density)..the T score is -3.4 ...this is osteoporosis ...rheumatologist suggested to take this tablet (idrofos 150 mg tablet)monthly once After first usage (the second day)..she is feeling back pain...chills ,fever , difficulty in swallowing, muscle pain,body pains,hip pain,thigh pain My question is ? Are these symptoms normal...? How long a patient may expect this.. do we need to stop this medication which is due on next mont

I'm walking a couple miles a day easily with no pain, I do stair stepping daily for half an hour with no pain, and I'm having great success with physical therapy. My question is; what are the risks of adding pull-ups/ dips to my daily routine (starting off slow and controlled w/ low reps)?
