What does these lines means , once done MRI 1. partially desiccated L5/S1 disc with mild postero central disc protrusion, leading to thecal sac and attendant cauda equina nerve roots indentation with bilateral L5/S1 lateral recesses compromise leading to bilateral s1 exiting nerve root indentation 2. partially desiccated L4/5 disc with mild postero central disc bulge leading to thecal sac and attendant cauda equina nerve roots indentation
