I fallen down yesterday on marble stairs bcoz of slipping leg. Directly hurted in right hip portion having so much pain there even not able to turn posture while sleeping and sitting but able to stand and walk slowly. Pain is like pinching hardly. It's 2nd time slip and same place hurted..1month ago also slipped and hurted both hip and joint of them in between triangle like structure..and still pain is there ...and now once again I slipped bt this time hurted in right hip only...but feeling pain in whole right hip and kamar...most pain in hip...plz advice me what to do as soon as possible...right now I m doing sekayi with warm water with salt...and homeo path medicine Arnica 200...

I have pain at the back of the right knee. I do regular yoga. And it increases when I stretch the leg. If I sit on knees for some time and then get up , I get intense pain in the back of the knee. Sometimes I feel the pain on the knee too. There is no pain in the left leg. I have been feeling this pain for 3-4 months now.
