Bone & Muscle problems

Yesterday morning I was on my way to the bathroom and slipped. When I did all my toes went under me but one, the one next to my big toe. It hurts when I walk but I have to work.

I am suffering from joint pain and body and cracking sound comes from my shoulder . My doctor advised me tendomac tab and hifenac th-8 tablet I wants to know its curable or its arthritis.

I’m not sure if it’s something inside or outside but my doctors say it’s inflammation costeochondritis but I’m not sure what it is and I’m scared that it’s something deep inside
